Anime Review: Dream Eater Merry

You know at some point I really need to stop buying more games, cause right now I have way more games that I have time to play them. I really need to figure out some way to get me more free time to have fun the only way I know how. Anyway, This week I'm going to review Dream Eater Merry, an anime that really should have been more than just 13 episodes. What about Kaleido Star? Well about that... HEY LOOK A PUPPY!

Crescent's Thoughts On: Anita Sarkeesian's Women as Background Decoration or How Depicting Sex Workers in Video Game Worlds Where Sex Workers Are Common Place Is Sexist Because of.......... Male Arousal?

Okay, does Anita think that plaid shirts are the only Nonsexist clothes she can wear?
You know, I kind of hoped to review an anime today. Maybe Kaleido Star. It was going to be a nice review of a really good and optimistic series. Or maybe review a video game like Mega Man ZX Advent which I just recently got... But then sometime during the week Anita Sarkeesian decided that she needed to be relevant again and released the next part in her Tropes VS Women in Video Games series and of course that means that every single critic of hers needs to get their rebuttals out because this woman really needs to stop. Not for our sake, but her own. Not only are her arguments getting worse, but so is her grasp on the games she is criticizing. I thought it was bad when she said that "Toadette was the only female member of the Toads," but now she is spouting nonsense that even nongamers can realize is crap. So what has she done now? Well, let's find out together shall we.

Game Review: 3D Classics Kirby's Adventure

Action Platformer; 3DS eShop; HAL Laboratory/Nintendo; 2011
Sorry for this being late, again. We are still trying to clean up the house, and in addition to that we had to spend quality time with our father for some reason, I think was because today was some sort of special day regarding one of the two parents, but I can't remember what it was. Anyway, with so much of my free time taken away due to work and cleaning houses that I no longer live in, I will review a very short game because that's about as much time as I have to play games these days. But don't worry, this time it's Kirby's Adventure... Honestly this review should be over now, you should know what Kirby's Adventure is and whether or not it is good.

Anime Review: Tonari no Seki-kun

Sorry, sorry, SORRY! Sorry, for the massive delay in getting this post out. Things have been busy for me this pass weekend. We have moved out of our old house and into our new apartment (which still seems like a huge downgrade), but there is still a LOT of cleaning that needs to be done at the old house, which is what me and my brothers have been doing all of the weekend. Unfortunately, I was ill informed about this so I had almost no time to write a review what with going to the house, cleaning for hours on end, coming back to the apartment to sleep, doing it again in the next day, coming back to the apartment to sleep, and then having to go to work. Anyway, here's the much delayed review for Tonari No Seki-kun, A.K.A. Seki-kun, The Master of Killing Time.

Game Review: Mega Man I-V (GB)

Action Platformer; Game Boy (3DS Virtual Console); Capcom; 1991-5 (VC 2011, 2014)
Sorry for the massive delay in releasing this blog. Yesterday, me and my brothers moved into our new apartment, which meant a lot of moving large objects into relatively small spaces, including a desk that gave us so much trouble that we determined that the next time we move we will fully disassemble it... with an axe. Yesterday was a lot of moving things into the new apartment while today is a lot of unpacking the boxes to figure out where the hell we put everything. Anyway, as I said last week May was my best month in terms of views with the month ending with 883, more than double what I had at the monthly views I had at the start of the year, and accounting for nearly a sixth of my all time views. Please continue to support my blog and here's hoping that this month I can break 900 views. Without further ado, to celebrate my relative success on this blog, I will give you guys a short review of each of the Mega Man games that where released on the classic Game Boy. Are they watered down versions of the classic NES games? Or something that truly needs to be played?
